Instapak Foam Chemicals
Liquid foam for Instapak foam in bag systems. Sealed Air makes 15 formulations, from light void fill to heavy duty blocking and bracing, and we help match one to the part.
- Standard foams include UltraLite and Instafill for void fill, 40W for all purpose cushioning, 50W for extra strength and 75W for heavy duty cushioning.
- Specialty foams include Instaflex, GFlex and GFlex QS for high performance cushioning.
- Expands on demand up to 280 times its liquid volume.
- Instapak foam cushions can be returned through Sealed Air's foam return program.
