Molded Pulp Packaging
Custom formed fiber packaging made from recycled paper and other renewable fibers, shaped to cradle the product for cushioning, shock absorption and surface protection without foam or rigid plastic.
Overview
Molded pulp is a custom-formed fiber packaging made from recycled paper and other renewable fibers. It is shaped to cradle products precisely, delivering cushioning, shock absorption, and surface protection without foam or rigid plastic. Because it is typically recyclable, compostable, and nestable, it reduces waste, storage volume, and transport cost while supporting sustainability and packaging-regulation goals.
In automotive programs, molded pulp is used for parts trays, returnable dunnage, airbag packs, sheet-metal components, HVAC units, mirrors, sensors, and other high-value items that need vibration control and scuff-free handling. In retail and consumer goods, it replaces EPS, EVA, blister packs, and die-cut corrugated as branded inserts, clamshells, and display-ready trays for electronics, cosmetics, glassware, and boxed products, protecting goods in transit and presenting a clean, natural look on the shelf.
If you are evaluating a switch from foam or plastic, we can help from concept through production: part-fit design, tooling, material selection, line-ready packing, and volume manufacturing. Tell us what you ship, how it is packed today, and your sustainability or cost targets, and we will recommend a molded-pulp solution built for protection, efficiency, and brand presentation.

Paper and air pillow void fill for high and low volume packing stations, using 100 percent recycled paper and 95 percent pre consumer recycled AirPouch film.
Automotive
Protective and corrosion preventive packaging for automotive parts, from Cortec VpCI films and long term storage programs to Korrvu headlamp packs and fascia wraps.
Retail
Stock and custom clamshells, blisters and skin packaging from the Placon stock program, so a product hangs on a peg or stands on a shelf with a custom look.
